A number of resources are utilised in order to attract the most suitable candidates for your company including an extensive database search, advertising campaigns on the major recruitment websites, headhunting as well as generating referrals from within our existing network. Using Contingency based recruitment there would be no fee payable by your firm unless you appoint one of our candidates.
Quickly becoming a preferred method of recruitment by our clients, we will formulate an agreement where you would pay a percentage of the fee on engagement with us, allowing us to dedicate our time to your role. There would then be a second installment of the fee due when we have presented you with a pre-agreed number of shortlisted candidates to interview, finally the balance would be due when you have appointed the successful candidate. Depending on the particular role and number of people you are looking to hire we can tailor a package that works best for you.
