Our client is a successful firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Didsbury, they are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator/ Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy team.
The succesful candidate will have previous experience working in an IFA/ Financial Planning firm and be ambitious and eager to progress ion their financial services career.
The role will involve:
- Processing new business and applications
- Preparing client review packs
- Receiving and implementing requests from financial planners
- Producing MI
- Fee monitoring (on Intelligent Office)
- Implementing and improving company processes
- Liasing with the company's service providers etc.
The successful applicant will be experienced using Intelligent Office, will be proactive about finding work to do, able to prioritise and highly organised.
