Our client is a long established and well respected provider of Financial Services based in Altrincham.
In order to bolster their Adviser Support Team they are currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial planning administration support, so therefore experience within an IFA practice is must. There is scope for career progression in the future so candidates that are looking to progress into a Paraplanning role can also apply.
·2 years' experience within an IFA firm
·New business processing on provider platforms and systems
·Working knowledge of pension, investment and protection products
·Experience in preparing portfolio reviews and meeting packs
·Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount
·The ability to demonstrate reliability and strong interpersonal skills
·Effective communication skills and a positive attitude to work
·Dealing with providers and clients
·Producing and requesting product quotations
·Experience using suitability report writing tools
·Preparing files for compliance checking
·General administration including top-ups, withdrawals, fund switching
