An exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading IFA practices based in Weybridge, Surrey. Although currently boutique they are expanding quickly and need an office manager to oversee the administration and compliance team.

You should:

• be aiming to become a COO or Head of Compliance

• be able to take on responsibility and manage a team

• ideally be CII Diploma qualified

The Job:

• to support and oversee the compliance processes

• to train and up-skill the current administration and compliance team

• to manage the back-office team plus day to day running of the office in CEOs absence

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
