The practice is centrally located with good passing footfall and a strong reputation in town. We already have four dentists and a therapist, but we are looking to expand our team to meet patient demand.

This opportunity can be flexible to the needs of the candidate, but there is an existing list available for transfer and plenty of scope to grow this.

We are a mixed NHS and private practice with a friendly, supportive team environment.

  • Implants
  • Endodontics (dentist with MSc happy to take referrals)
  • Rotary endo as standard
  • Digital radiography including OPG
  • On-site CAD/CAM: two scanners and mill and furnace
  • EMS GBT hygiene system

  • Treatment coordinators
  • Childsmile nurse for enhanced prevention

  • Active social media presence and help with marketing your services
Who are we looking for?
  • Someone committed to a high level of clinical care
  • A passion for continuous professional development
  • Experience in General & Private dentistry although we can support someone who is new out of VT or similar. If you have an interest in Facial Aesthetics or any other special interests you’d like to develop this would be an asset to our team, but is not essential
  • Experience with Software of Excellence (SOE) practice software is preferable but training will be provided
  • GDC registration and VT number are required
  • Full or part-time hours considered.
  • We are keen to accommodate your needs – both at work and to help you settle into life in Oban, so please reach out if you’d like to know more.
What can Clyde Munro offer you?

  • Scotland's only dedicated in-house training facility with phantom heads and lecture rooms for hands-on and theoretical training
