Role Overview
The Associate Wealth Manager will support senior advisers and manage a growing portfolio of expatriate clients, delivering holistic advice across investments, pensions, tax‑aware structuring and protection. This role offers significant client exposure, business development opportunity and a pathway to senior advisory responsibilities within a leading global firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage client relationships, preparing and delivering suitability recommendations and reviews
- Provide holistic wealth planning advice (investment strategy, retirement/pension planning, tax-aware solutions, protection and estate considerations)
- Build a client pipeline through networking, referrals and targeted prospecting
- Collaborate with investment research, product specialists and compliance to implement client solutions
- Assist with onboarding, KYC/AML checks and ongoing governance to ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to practice development and local market initiatives

Candidate Profile
- Degree educated; minimum industry qualification Level 4 (or equivalent); further credentials desirable
- Current or recent experience as a financial adviser or paraplanner with demonstrable client outcomes
- Strong client‑facing skills and proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Commercially minded, client‑centric and target‑driven
- Comfortable operating in a multicultural, cross‑border environment

Required
- Experience advising expatriates and understanding of UAE/regional regulatory and tax considerations
- Multilingual skills advantageous
