Business Development Manager
Here at IRC, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced business development manager who will be pushing the IRC service offering throughout the UK to recruitment firms who would look to partner with us and indeed recruitment consultants who want to start their very own practice utilising all the tools available through our infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who can promote IRC to experienced recruitment professionals wishing to start their own practice under the IRC brand, you will also be targeting smaller recruitment firms who would be interested partnering through acquisition.

The successful business development manager will be working alongside our founder, you will have a key role in the growth of the business both nationally and internationally. We are looking for someone who is an entrepreneur themselves, you will be conducting meetings and presenting the key benefits to grow the number of consultants within the firm.
You will play a key role within the growth of IRC, you will be hungry and motivated to become part of our ongoing success.
