Case Officer– Claims Management
Our client is a team of highly experienced and qualified wealth management professionals who have been tasked with building a department out of their offices in Altrincham, for an established legal practise to specialise in all aspects of financial services mis-selling.
Their primary targets are pensions and investment mis-selling however they have plans to expand into other areas of insurance and mortgages.
Duties will include:
Calling prospects (no cold calling, all prospects will have indicated that they are interested in a conversation).
Moving clients through the sales process from initial call to fully compliant claim for compensation.
Adhering to KPIs for on-boarding.
Other administrative functions that may be required from time to time.
You must have:
Experience on the phone
Experience of “on-boarding” customers or clients (Rachael will explain what this means)
Experience of meeting targets
Experience of working in small teams
Excellent phone skills.
It is preferable that you have:
Experience of sales in the claims management arena or Financial Services arena
Good literacy and numeracy skills
A high level of PC literacy including Excel and Word
Minimum £20,000 basic with quarterly bonuses (on-boarding flat fee per client on-boarded plus turnover based bonus).
