Job Description

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience in Financial Claims administration or something similar to assist in the wind down of irresponsible lending and the continuation of the pension and investment department.

The candidate will be assisting senior staff members to ensure the clients journey from onboarding to completion is efficient and compliant whilst providing the customer with excellent service.

Daily duties will include

  • Communicating with the clients over the phone/email /post
  • Chasing outstanding documentation from clients and external firms
  • General administration duties such as handling the post, booking appointments etc
  • Issuing Data Subject Access Request’s to firms
  • Ad Hoc tasks

The candidate must have

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • PC Literate – Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and a proactive attitude to work
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail

It is preferable that they have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Working knowledge of financial claims process
  • Previous experience working within a SRA or FCA regulated environment
