Job Description

Our client is a well known financial services business based in Knutsford Cheshire.   The business’ main focus is the pensions and “at retirement” sectors with the business model being telephone and internet based, they therefore service clients on a national basis.

They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Call Handler to join their team;

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in an telephone based role with (ideally) a focus on financial services.

Our client invests heavily in their employees development and provide further training and exam fees for the right candidates. 

Key elements of the role will be:

  • Dealing with incoming client enquiries
  • Sending out information packs
  • Qualifying clients need for financial advice
  • Chasing up detailed information from product providers
