IRC is happy to be recruiting an experienced Client Services Support Manager for our client, a well-established firm of IFA’s based in the heart of the Cheshire countryside near to Knutsford.
Our client has exciting growth plans over the next 5 years and wants to expand its highly valued Client Services Support team to support its team of client facing advisers.
Candidates will report to the Compliance and Operations Manager and be responsible for themselves whilst managing the business support team. The team consist of four administrators and one apprentice.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the teams processing of new business, proactive ongoing client management, servicing existing business, platform based work, illustrations & regular contact directly with clients & wrap/platform providers as well as undertaking these actives themselves. This must be done in such a way as to ensure that the firm’s client and service propositions are delivered in an efficient and robust way, whilst maintaining high levels of risk management, operational effectiveness.
