Job Description

Our client is a well established IFA firm based in Altrincham, they are currently recruiting a Contact Manager to join their growing client services team.

The successful candidate will be making contact with significant volumes of specific existing clients, managing client relationships and the diaries of multiple advisers and counter parties in order to ensure a smooth delivery of service.

You will have experience of financial products such as pension, bonds and investments.

Due to the sensitivity of the data  handled initially the role is strictly office based however specific calls can be made from home in order to support a work life balance.

Full Time and Part Time Roles Available
Full Time OTE £60,000 to £100,000

This role is best suited to somebody with a strong worth ethic who is motivated by targets and rewards and who enjoys building relationships and organising people.

  • Making contact with clients via Phone, Email, SMS
  • Building client relationships utilizing strong rapport building skills.
  • Communicating with clients about Investments and Pensions at varying levels from Retail investors to Sophisticated Investors and High Net Worth Individuals
  • Strictly providing information only (No advice) and following an established workflow
  • Checking all client information has been gathered correctly historically to ensure a smooth process
  • Accurately updating client and financial details within client management systems
  • Maintain an up to date relevant knowledge of the Financial Services industry and the economy, specifically the Pension Market and the UK economy.
  • Representing IFAs in a friendly, jargon free manner in line with the company ethos
  • book appointments and provide updates
