This company is an IFA practice that provides Financial Planning and Employee Benefits advice to select business clients and industry professionals within the creative space.

Focusing on a niche market and a client centric approach to all their business, this practice is well known for their expertise and have been providing advice for over 30 years.


Due to structured business growth, this IFA practice would like to welcome an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to the team to support an existing portfolio of circa 200 corporate clients.


  • Day to day administration of corporate clients
  • Dealing with new joiners/leavers of multiple benefit schemes
  • Liaising with clients and providers on a regular basis to ensure schemes are kept up to date
  • Monthly pension submissions via provider websites
  • Payroll assessments for auto-enrolment using provider software
  • Assisting with auto-enrolment projects
  • Calculation and provision of P11d benefits figures

    Requested experience:

  • Previous administration experience within a regulated financial services environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within Employee Benefits Administration (advantageous)
