Job Description

Our client, an international provider of corporate benefits who provide advice on all aspects of employee benefits with a particular specialisation in foreign companies who have groups of employees in the UK and Europe is currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Benefits Director to join their busy team.

Reporting to the CEO your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

·Visiting and meeting key client personnel to ensure continuity and service standards.

·Managing the most important corporate client relationships.

·Managing regular communications (with occasional visits) with our clients USA introducer brokers and HR consultants.

·Dealing with scheme renewals, ensuring that they are diarised and obtaining market competitive quotes and compiling and delivering renewal packages.

·Overseeing those dealt with by CSM and admin team.

·Managing the UK EB team: one CSM; of 2 Admin supervisors and 4 administrators, to ensure the efficient day to day running of the IEBD administration team, ensuring the correct prioritisation of key tasks such as annual renewals.

·Deal with new business enquiries and obtain/manage obtaining market competitive quotes and compile recommendation reports for clients.

·Seeking and closing new domestic EB opportunities.

·Working with the team Supervisor.

·Produce monthly renewals and new business report for management.

·Liaising with product providers, clients and advisors as necessary.

·Keeping clients and/or members up to date with legislative/technical/industry changes and ensuring they are communicated in the correct medium

Salary £50,000 plus bonus, benefits and car or car allowance
