Executive Team Manager - Dubai, Middle East

Job Description

The position entails the management, training and mentorship of a small team of independent financial advisors, as well as client support work such as processing new business and networking.

You must have a prior experience of managing, training and mentoring a team of financial advisors.


You must have a strong knowledge of the UAE market and a minimum experience of 10 years in the UAE with a prior experience within sales, business development and relationship management preferably within the Financial Services or Insurance industry.


You must have a strong knowledge of the whole process of the financial planning and how to close a lump sum deal.


You must have strong leadership and mentoring skills, an entrepreneurial drive, be persistent and want to make meaning full difference in the lives of clients'.


You must have a good financial acumen for this role alongside networking and sales skills.



You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce.
