Job Description

IRC is recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator on behalf of our client, a successful financial planning practice in Burnley.

You will join the growing team and provide support to their team of financial advisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all our clients have a first-class customer experience; from their first meeting and continuing throughout their whole investment journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Financial Services Administrator will also be expected to provide support to other departments as needed.


  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the team of Financial Advisers.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms.
  • Process applications accurately and record the required management information.
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
