Our client, a well established provider of Financial Planning in Warrington are looking for a Full Time Administrator to work in a busy and expanding financial advisory business.
Previous experience is of course a benefit but as long as you have the right attitude full training will be provided. The Office Administrator role is the backbone of the business and the support you give to the advisers allows them to focus their time with clients ensuring clients needs are address in a timely manner.
Organisation skills and attention to detail are paramount and the ability to multi task and follow things through to completion are key.
General Office Administration duties include:
PC skills essential - working with a number of user friendly systems and Microsoft office
Making telephone calls, chasing product providers and contacting clients.
Creating client valuations and preparing reviews
Providing updates to clients and managing general enquiries
Liaising with Advisers and Clients
Due to the nature of the role we need a good standard of English and Maths
There is opportunity to progress if desired, our client will sponsor you through your financial planning qualifications after 1 year service. Allowing you to progress to a Paraplanner or a Financial Adviser.
