IFA - Admin Team Leader

Rotherham

£27,000 - £32,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent

Our client is an Independent Financial Planning practice and part of a national Chartered Accountancy firm.  Due to recent expansion in South Yorkshire, they are recruiting for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator who will be responsible for managing the Administration Team from their new office in Rotherham.

Main Responsibilities

· Management of the administration and paraplanning team

· Reviewing, documenting, and implementing operational workflows and procedures

· Overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of our back office systems

· Preparing accurate MI and reporting to assist the principle with meeting the firms TCF and T&C obligations

· To assist in the development of less experienced members of staff

Requirements:

· 5 Years experience working in an IFA Practice

· Proficient in the use of Intelligent Office

· Experience in managing a team

· Experience in delivering customer service

· Have attention to detail and a critical eye

· Understanding of the financial planning process and regulatory framework

· IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Be able to work on own initiative
