Job Description

IRC is has been engaged by our client, an established Financial Services practice in Liverpool to recruit a full time experienced IFA Administrator to join their busy team.  
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well know practice who will support your career development.
Experience in IRESS and XPLAN will be an advantage.
Key element of the role will be:
  • TOA – transfer of Agency processing
  • Produce illustrations
  • Obtain valuations
  • Client review tasks
  • Fund switch processing
  • New business processing – internal & provider processes
  • Policy issue processing
  • Database updates – adding plans & tasks
  • Admin support to Directors
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Welcome clients & offering refreshments
  • Fees & commission reconciliations
