Job Description

Our client is a successful Chartered Independent Financial Planning company based in Christchurch. They are currently looking to recruit a Client Review Administrators to join their friendly team.

Client Review Administrators are responsible for producing Client Reviews, to tight deadlines, and a high level of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy are paramount. This is a busy role so you will need to be able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively and possess good organisational skills

You will also be involved in a wide variety of other tasks including:

- General administration and servicing including notification of death, changes to client personal details and Letters of Authority.

- Assisting with the production of fund research via FE Analytics

- Maintaining Client Review Tasks on our back office system, Intelligent Office (IO)

- Database maintenance including ensuring information on IO is accurate and up to date

Although not essential, some work experience within the Financial Services Industry would be preferred and if you have some knowledge of IO this would be really beneficial, although full training will be given.

You wilL be liaising with Providers, Financial Advisers, team members and also have some client contact, over the phone, so a high standard of communication skills, at all levels, written and orally, is essential.

As well as being a strong team player, you also need to be able to work well on your own and use your initiative. This is particularly important at the moment as you may be required to work from home for a period of time, depending on the prevailing Covid 19 guidelines.

We are ideally looking for Client Review Administrators who can work full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) but we would also consider someone who wants to work part time, depending on the hours they are available.
