Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an Investment Property Specialist to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting investment properties, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring successful transactions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property investment goals and preferences.

- Property Promotion: Actively promote investment properties through various channels, including online platforms, events, and direct client interactions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate market.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize client satisfaction.

- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with clients and developers to ensure favorable outcomes.

- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on property investments, including market trends, potential returns, and legal considerations.

- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for property transactions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to support property sales and client needs.

- Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits and risks of investment property investments to empower them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on investment properties, preferably within the Dubai market.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.

- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
