IRC is proud to represent the independent private banking arm of an international global wealth advisory business.

We have UK wide opportunities for Chartered or Diploma qualified Private Client Directors.

The senior Advisory positions are employed with a full benefits package designed to attract the very best talent. The basic salary will be circa £60,000 to £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. There is also a highly attractive bonus structure, a practice buyout facility and OTE commensurate with this prestigious position.

They provide a full range of Financial Planning and Private Banking services to both private and corporate clients, including Investment Management, Fiduciary services, International tax planning, Private Banking, Will's & Estate planning, Retirement planning, personal and business protection, Legacy planning and business succession planning.

They have ambitious plans to build a highly qualified and client-centric team of employed Private Client Directors, across the whole of the UK.

The organisation prides itself on providing a proven support structure designed around allowing the Private Client Directors to maximise their time working with more of the right type of private and corporate clients. As you would expect, Paraplanning, sales and marketing and client acquisition support are all provided.

About you

You will be a Diploma qualified and ideally a Chartered Financial Planner/Advisor or Private Banker with a minimum of two years’ CAS advisory experience in the UK. We will however consider recent internationally experienced candidates returning to the UK.

Professionally you will have a record of achievement that you are proud of and that demonstrates your commitment to providing high-quality financial advice and service to clients.

You will have already built a strong loyal client following and you will currently be managing sizable assets under management. You will be adept at building strong professional and business relationships, and you will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for success.

You will have a thirst for knowledge and a strong belief in the importance of professional qualifications and personal development.

The position with primarily be home-based so you will be disciplined and structured in your approach, but you will enjoy the flexibility that this affords.

As a career advisor, you will appreciate the benefits of a collaborative approach and your business interactions are client-focused and results orientated. You will be experienced in providing “holistic financial advice” to high net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
