My client is a privately owned, independent wealth management and private finance firm providing impartial advice and bespoke solutions to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and corporates. The firm offers advanced client systems, strong compliance oversight and international mobility.

Role Summary
The Private Wealth Manager — Switzerland will manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering bespoke wealth planning, investment management and fiduciary services tailored to Swiss and cross‑border requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise and manage relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices and corporate principals
- Develop and implement bespoke wealth plans covering investments, retirement/pension planning, tax‑efficient structuring, estate planning and protection strategies
- Construct and oversee discretionary and advisory investment portfolios; recommend asset allocation, structured products and alternative investments where appropriate
- Coordinate with tax, legal and trust specialists to deliver cross‑border solutions and client reporting
- Prepare clear suitability recommendations, risk assessments and regular portfolio reviews
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss and relevant international regulations and firm governance
- Proactively source new business through referrals, networking and professional introducers
- Mentor junior team members and liaise with international offices to service global clients

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised financial planning/investment qualification (e.g., CFA, CISI, FPFS, CFP or equivalent) and relevant Swiss/regulatory approvals where required
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in wealth management with demonstrable HNW client experience and active client base with transferable AUM.
- Strong technical knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, tax and trust structures in Switzerland and key jurisdictions
- Fluent English and proficiency in German and/or French; other languages advantageous
