IRC is working with an international law firm with its headquarters based in Central London. They are rapidly growing in the UK and are looking to recruit a qualified property solicitor who will match their growth ambitions and show a determined commitment to make the role their own.
The company has been featured in national media and has been ranked in the top 1% of law firms in the UK for the most number of completed transactions.
Requirements
The areas you will work on will be as follows:
Residential conveyancing
Freehold and leasehold
Drawing up all documents that sellers and purchasers must sign.
Processing and agreeing contacts, transfers, mortgages and leases
Obtaining documents and title deeds from the Land Registry and paying Stamp Duty and Land Tax
Dealing with the registration of client and lender with the Land Registry
Advise clients on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications
The company would like a solicitor with between 1 and 5 years PQE
You will be experienced in running your own caseload and will be able to deal with a high volume of cases. You will be responsible for your own time management and be able to work independently.
