Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in the delivery of exceptional client service, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth operational functions within the wealth management department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the wealth management team with daily administrative duties, including client onboarding, account opening, and communication.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and client correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are managed effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and external service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals, valuations, and other financial documentation.
- Handle general inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a wealth management or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products and wealth management processes is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Professional attitude with a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UAE financial sector is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in wealth management, financial planning, or banking is preferred.
