Independent Resourcing Consultancy was formed in 2018 by Lewis Greene who has extensive recruitment experience and prides his own personal reputation and his firm s for continued delivery both nationally and internationally for placing talent. IRC’s placement areas now include, Financial Services, I.T & Cyber security  and Legal.

Founder Lewis Greene commented ”The  last few years have been incredibly exciting, the growth has been good but now we can really focus on phase two, we have identified sectors that have really worked well so far  including, I.T & Cyber security which was launched 5 months ago by Michael Lowe. With this capital investment I want to really focus on bringing on highly experienced consultants who want to be part of this continued journey, when looking to secure investment it was very important for IRC and me personally to partner with a highly reputable firm who shares our vision but more importantly passion for building something very special, IRC’s reputation is absolutely everything to all the consultants who work with us, so hiring the right talent is incredibly important for continued success.

We have seen financial growth year on year and already in our current financial year our revenue is up by 120% on last year, we have a model that works  well, we will continue to invest to make absolutely sure that IRC is one  of the best places to work for highly experienced consultants wishing to build their own practices within our unique framework.

We understand it takes a certain mindset to work on a  self-employed model however we do provide all the tools necessary to carry out the role well, we have a team that are only too happy to help where possible, for us this is unique.

We  have managed to successfully build a business where the majority of consultants work remotely and, in some cases, overseas.

In 2019 we saw the appointment of two directors, Jonathan Minns and Maria Inglis, they both have been instrumental in the continued client acquisition both nationally and internationally, they are both excited to see the firm go to the next stage.”

Maria adds “The past 18 months have been instrumental in building the foundations to the pivotal milestone we have achieved today. This investment will allow IRC to elevate to the next level in terms of our own talent acquisition, global reach, and niche expansion. Our expansion concept is now a reality, and I am delighted and extremely exciting to be a part of it by heading up our offshore division.”

Jonathan commented “After putting in the ground-work over the last 20 months to provide a solid platform for incoming consultants to build on, I am excited to be part of the future growth of IRC and am very much looking forward to developing the UK financial services division and taking it to the next level.”
