Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager with my client, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing new prospects. This role is best suited for self-starters with initiative and determination to succeed. Effective communication skills are essential, as the individual will be responsible for articulating the benefits of the services to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Source new prospects through various mediums.

- Contact prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.

- Promptly follow up on company-provided leads and handle them effectively.

- Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.

- Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

- Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process.

- Meet and exceed company KPIs and targets.

Key Requirements:

- Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.

- Willingness to learn and strive for a minimum of Level 4 qualification.

- High-quality professional communication skills.

- Success and target-driven mindset.

- Positive self-motivation.

- Prior financial services experience is not necessary, but a driven and well-motivated individual is preferred.
