She is a HR and Recruitment expert with strategic business partnering experience in diverse sectors including Wealth Management, Investment, Private Equity, Hospitality & Leisure, Real Estate, Investment, UAE Government, Healthcare and Financial Services. Margy brings with her over 25 years experience in global, high growth, challenging environments in the Middle East and Europe. She has founded two recruitment firms with a proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams and working with leadership teams to deliver business results.
